When I moved to Australia in 2015, I had no idea it would take 𝟱𝟭𝟲 𝗿𝗲𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 before someone said yes.

Back then, I questioned everything:

– My skills

– My accent

– My background. 

I thought maybe I wasn’t good enough. 

But over time, I realised the job market wasn’t just about submitting the perfect resume and hoping for the best.

It was about learning how to 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆.

Today, that’s exactly what I help others do.

At Elevar Career Coaching, I’ve 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟯𝟱+ 𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 (As of June 2025) to land jobs in companies like Deloitte, Nestlé, SA Water, and Westpac.

One of the key differences in my approach is that I work with people to understand inner barriers such as self-doubts, limiting beliefs, or past experiences that are quietly holding them back.

After which I offer the proven frameworks and modern job strategies around LinkedIn, personal branding, and networking. These strategies have been featured on SBS Australia multiple times.
